Australia’s largest dry cleaner is looking for fashion forward, customer service savvy brand ambassadors to work at a number of locations around Adelaide and Brisbane!
The ideal candidates will love fashion, and know the difference between a jacket, a shacket, jeans and jeggings. You’ve got an eye for brands and understand that our customers’ clothes are their pride and joy. You’re a customer service superstar, who will go out of your way for your customers to ensure that we deliver on our brand promise, “It’s right, it’s ready or it’s free!”
The role is purely customer service and you won’t be required to do any cleaning. Ideally you’ll have retail experience, preferably in a fashion setting. At minimum, you’ll have an understanding of garment styles and fabrics, and you’ll be confident handling expensive garments with care. You’ll have a very strong work ethic, a customer focus and a very friendly disposition.
You’ll be rewarded with an hourly rate which is subject to penalty rates for overtime and weekend work. You’ll also be given a monthly allowance of free dry cleaning!
The roles are casual, and not based in any one store.
